The dr is nice but hes cheap, his staff is horrible I keep having to go in person and they still don't understand me or just don't care, I brought it up to the dr but he just ignored my complaint and told the receptionist to take care of it . I have been his patient for 9 years but I finally switched and I am so happy I did

I had to change medical groups just to keep Dr. Boutros. I've found him to be very caring and helps me best when I suggest clearly my specific issues and needs. His assistant Johnny is the best I've seen. There is often a long wait of 30 to 45 minutes if you need to see Dr. Boutros.

waited over 3 1/2 hours even though I had an appointment. He didn't listen to anything or read the notes I had the from ER.
