Staff is very rude!! Told me to find a different dr cause i had a complaint against a staff member they would not let me speak to management I would like to speak to Dr Jonke about her staff but the girl at the front desk won't transfer me to the manager or the she wont make an appt for me she said "you need to find a differnt dr!!" Yes! She rudely yelled at me because I wanted to complain about the staff that hung up on me the day before...she said "that was yesterday this is today do you want an appt or not?!" I said of course not but I want to speak to management she said "your not speaking to managememt!!you need to find a different dr!!!" And she hung up on me....
