We completely trusted Dr. Jones and the rest of the ELP staff to care for our children when we lived in Louisville. Dr. Jones was our favorite because he had such a nice and caring disposition and I always tried to make our appointments with him.

Our child became extremely ill and Dr. Jones ignored his symptoms. He gave him a generic diagnosis. If he had delved deeper, our child would not have the future he now faces.
