This doctor is fake nice and tries too hard to be PC to the point of being embarrassing. I don’t like being asked my pronouns when I already wrote them on the questionnaire. Who cares anyway. Would the care you give me be different? Or do I just look confusing? Too much trying small talk. My doctor referred me for surgery but Dr. Weiss wasn’t prepared for me. I asked to see another surgeon. I can’t trust people who aren’t genuine.

Trying to get an appointment with Dr. Weiss is very frustrating which may be Kaiser’s fault but my appointment was confirmed then when I showed up they said it had been rescheduled without telling me. Dr. Weiss came out for 2 seconds to apologize but then tell me she couldn’t see me anyway because I was too fat and she doesn’t operate on fat people. I felt mad and shame.

This doctor needs to just retire. She literally canceled my appointment 5 times. Seems she has a lot of family emergencies and personal health problems. Doesn’t inspire a lot of faith that she cares for her patients or her job. Avoid.

Rescheduled me twice then referred me to another surgeon. Very friendly staff who cover up for her. Not confident in her surgical skills.

I was fearful about surgery, but Dr. Weiss worked with me to make sure I was relaxed and felt safe. She made sure I knew exactly all the steps surgery would entail. This is the first gyn I have ever felt comfortable with. The best.

Recommended by a friend, Dr. Weiss is very friendly, kind, and goes beyond the customary call of duty. If you have experience with the Kaiser system you know this s the exception, not the rule.
