I'm giving staff high marks as well.my visits are very seldom urgent, but when I explain situation to staff she(they) do their darndest to make things happen. Dr Vetter has saved my hearing big time. Helping me on the spot and getting me equipment and outside experts when necessary. Highest praise due and given.

Told to see this doctor for review and diagnosis which he did properly and immediately. Wait time visits were 10 min or shorter as I was always on time. Other patients may take longer to treat before me so I am understanding... and disagree with other reviews here. Very professional, clear and with wit that some may say is unnecessary. Staff is great and thorough. I required stitches and cancer removal so I apologize for those who had to wait.

always wait 45 min or 1 hr or more for him. not going back. time is too important to sit in inefficient office. moreover when seen him, not very helpful

Dr. Vetter was a HORRIBLE doctor. He did not take time to listen to my ear problems, rushed me through it, rolled his eyes several times, and he told me he did not know what was wrong with my plugged ears (for over a year). Then he made fun of the situation and took my head in his hands and said "Demons be gone" and told me that I needed to get used to having plugged ears, just like he has to get used to having arthritis in his shoulder. Then he told me that he had the secret to happiness, and that was that I needed to be grateful for what I did have. He is a complete joke.

He did a total of 4 surgeries on 3 of our children. I would recommend him to anyone, especially those with children battling ear and throat problems.
