The staff is HORRIBLE at this physician's office and he cannot manage them either. Yes, he is smart and knowledgeable but I left there because he did nothing to control the rudeness of his staff including scheduling and billing errors. I also found his accent difficult to deal with and he was moody and distracted most of the time I was dealing with him. Smart and knowledgeable don't cut it when bedside manners and office staff are suffering greatly. He needs to fire most of his staff inorder to regain the trust of his patients IMHO.

I think he is one of the best doctors! He listens to your concerns, will test if you tell him why you think these tests are important to you. He doesn't care if you do your own research! I would recommend him highly. I always felt better when I left his office. And that is more than I can say for some other doctors I've visited, who look at me and think they can eyeball my symptoms.
