Intelligent man; he could be a good therapist if he didn't let the office phone ring off the hook while in session. He says he doesnt know how to use a mute button and that he has let the phone ring off like that for 30 years; I suspect hes lost alot of clients that way. I had to abandon the session; just cant handle that kind of distraction and he is unwilling to make the necessary changes to accommodate sensitive clients.
