The staff is rude,prejudice, and nasty. I have two insurance policies but they refused to file them because Anne was confused on how to file 2 policies. She even asked me to call my other doctors to ask for instructions on how to do so. Do your job lady. Thankfully I know how to do that myself with forms from my insurance companies' websites. Anne also stated that they are exclusive and selective, and had she known about my insurance policies before hand, she wouldn't had scheduled me an appointment. His nurse actually was belching and scratching while she waited on my bp stats, and told Dr. Sullivan he needs to use pale color stitches on "them". Simply rude and crude. Dr. Sullivan was knowledgeable, but his staff is a pain to deal with.
