DDS John G Hartmann begins to sell additional more expensive replacement treatments and dental repairs, for what proves to be poor quality initial treatment and repairs, from well before the original treatment/repairs are ever complete. He is quick to mention Financing is available. Coincidence? He demonstrates little to no interest what-ever in standing behind his original work in any other fashion. He is dismissive and flip when confronted by patient concerns or dissatisfaction. At no time does DDS John G Hartmann appear to hold the patient's needs or well-being anywhere on his list of priorities. When his treatments prove faulty it appears to be the direct result of poor quality in workmanship by DDS John G Hartmann and his lab partner(s). John G Hartmann was quite boastful of 35 years experience in dentistry. The constant pitch to sell expensive replacement treatments and repairs for the poor quality initial treatments or repairs suggests 35 years having been spent otherwise.
