The office was dirty and congested (due to multiple patients being scheduled for the same time). The drug screen was outside of industry standards by leaving patient and unsealed sample unattended. They used a PA to do new patient exam, with no interation with the physician. They were dismissive until I answered yes to trying injections(which increased their billable services). It seemed very money driven versus, shady, and unprofessional. This opinion was shared by my nurse case manager, who was also in attendance.
