I've been going to Dr. Moniz for the past 11 years and she has always been amazing. She pays close attention to all my needs and concerns. I've lived in a couple different states and have gone to a few different urgent cares and ERs over the years and she doesn't miss a beat. She keeps track of my illnesses and injuries and always checks in. I can't say enough good things about her. One of the best doctors around. Wouldn't want any other doctor to be my primary care physician.

The office switched me to Dr.Moniz-Duffy a few years ago she is the best doctor I ever had, she listens to what I have to say and and explains everything to me she has a great bed side manner and a great personality (unlike the other doctors in the office)I won't see any other Dr.and I pray she never leave this office

After switching to dr. Moniz in the last 3 years I am changing doctors. This doctor cares more about what time you arrive for your appt. than you as a patient. If you are 15 min. Late she refuses to see you no matter what the extenuating circumstances are. Dr. Moniz forgets that patients pay to see her, not the other way around. Snobby attitude towards patient and has instructed the personnel at front desk to behave same way towards patients. The average wait time is 45 min. And I never complained. One time I waited for 90 min. I find not seeing a patient because they were late is ludicrous. I arrived late on the day of the noreastern storm and they would show no mercy. Staff was rude and I felt humiliated on front of everyone in the waiting room. She is very dismissive.

I have been a patient of Dr.Moniz-Duffy for many years. I now drive an hour to see her, and wouldn't even think of changing to someone else. She is a caring person, who actually sits and listens, even when the questions or concerns you have seem silly. I actually moved out of state and still flew back to see her for my yearly exam! I can not say enough about how professional, caring, and exceptional she is.

Dr. Moniz-Duffy is a terrific doctor who has a wonderful sense about her and cares deeply for her patients. The hands on approach and the patient follow up is great. Doctor Duffy takes the time to explain what is going on and what direction she is heading in - VERY bright and articulate. As a new patient I look forward to a long and productive relationship with this fine doctor. I am SO happy I have found a doctor who actually cares about me the patient and what she can do to help me when I need it!!!

I recently switched to Dr. Moniz after being unhappy with my other primary care. Boy am I glad I did! I met her yesterday for the first time and she is AWESOME! She listens, takes what you say seriously, and generally wants to help you. She is very intelligent and has a great bedside manner. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

I didn't like going to the Dr's and now I do. She is progressive - looks for preventive measures vs. reactionary. She's thorough and makes you feel comfortable and not rushed. Her follow up bedside manner is commendable.

Dr. Moniz is cheerful, encouraging, knowledgeable and punctual. She listens to your concerns, and you don't feel rushed in her office.
