Highly skilled and highly professional. I researched Dr. Ralston and selected him strictly from two things. The positive reports I heard from others who had utilized him as their surgeon and because he has done a Fellowship. His bedside manner is excellent. Creston is blessed to have two orthopedic surgeons with such great recommendations. It was nice to be able to do my surgery locally and not have to travel to Des Moines. Very thorough. He was very nice during the evaluation of my shoulder. He offered options such as injections and therapy before jumping into surgery. He discussed each option to my satisfaction. I felt confident in making informed decisions concerning my care.
