I am very pleased with this doctor. He is qualified to perform the procedure that my child needed but instead sent me to a surgeon more experienced with this condition. This made me even more comfortable about his decision making abilities. I was recommended to him by UCSF and was scared to enter into the Kaiser system for surgery. He spent time with me, explained things, gave me new options, and always saw me quickly, never making me wait.
