He told be to get this certain Neutrogena tgel for my dandruff. It damaged my scalp. It got burned, hair fell and never grew back. I always need to have my hair pulled back to a pony tail to conceal the bald/thin areas. I never went back to him. I felt like I was just another case to check off on his list.

I've seen Dr. Chang multiple times and everytime it has been "you're young I doubt it's something serious, but if you really wanna double check we can schedule a procedure" or something along those lines. I never left feeling like he did anything at all for me other than what I already searched online about my symptoms. The last two visits really made me angry. First he sent in a nurse to give me a flu shot without asking if I was allergic to eggs or any of the standard questions. The nurse asked me and said he if didn't ask and she gave me the shot he could be in big trouble. Lastly, we scheduled a procedure and he never told me about the prep for it. Fasting for two days drinking only clear liquid and taking a night time laxative. So I took the day off of work for absolutely NOTHING because I couldn't have it done. To make it worse the next appointment available was one month away. If only he informed me then I would have peace of mind and know what's wrong with me.
