overbooks appointments and makes you wait about an hour to see her. she only spends 10 minutes with you, and spends most of that time looking at her phone texting to someone. schedules excessive amounts of appointments too. as if her patients have nothing better to do than sit in her office for an hour and 10 minutes every week for a 10 minute chit chat of nothing but small talk. no issues get dealt with and no actual therapeutic help is provided other than medication.
