I find most of the staff here, including Dr. Ostand, rude. During a filling a few months ago, Dr. O and her assistant spent the entire time talking over me like I wasn't even there. Not that I wanted to talk even if I could, but I certainly didn't want to her Dr. O talk in "baby talk" to her hygenist. Really annoying! Last week I went for a cleaning and when I asked Dr. O to fix something from my last visit (that she didn't do correctly), she did not like that and was really rude about it. Not going back.

I would never go anymore to this place. I always had to spend a lot of money from my pocket even with a good insurance. I am done with this doctor due to the unprofessional service at my last visit that reassured me that they are just after money. I was called for a 6-month cleaning appointment which was completely covered by my insurance. But was billed using a different code which was not fully covered by insurance. I understood from insurance that the code they used for billing is for detailed cleaning and patient need a follow up cleaning in 2 weeks. I was not informed or called for follow-up. I am disappointed by these 1.I was not told about a different cleaning during my visit. 2.Truly, I did not feel like any special cleaning and was done within normal clean up time. I was asked to take a routine appointment after 6 months which reaffirms my feeling 3.As per doctor, I felt like it is not their responsibility to inform this to or even confirm the insurance coverage.

I was referred to Gina but will never return. The office staff is rude and very unhelpful with questions you have about billing/insurance. Gina and her assistant spent my entire time in the chair gossiping and ignoring me. To make matters worse I had a very basic filling that hurt worse after it was filled. After I called concerned that i could barely talk I was told to come in and then was charged for 1 min in the chair to be told nothing was wrong. She is extremely unprofessional and wouldn't trust her as a dentist or business owner.

I started to see Dr Ostrand over a year ago and would never go see anyone else. My gums and teeth have never been healthier. I am always at ease and never mind that I have to go see the dentist. I have had a lot of work done by her and am very happy with my results. The other staff are friendly and help make this place a great dentist office:)

Sorry for the other reviewer but BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER GONE TO. I have a ton of dental work and just come from another dentist in sussex. (BEWARE SUSSEX DENTISTS) and she fixed all their problems. She has taken great care of my family and I am excited to take my two year old for her first appointment next week. We love Dr. Ostrand!!!!!

During a Filling, Gina slipped and cut my tongue, it required stitches. Lot's of Pain! The pain medication, that I had to make her Prescribe and purchase at my own expense did not begin to cover the pain and suffering. What is really wrong with this whole thing is that I understand that accidents happen, but it would have been very nice if she would have apologized, offer to pay for the medication, or even given me a break on what she charged me. But No! Nothing! No I am sorry let me insure that you are taken care of... instead I just get, we will need to put some stitches in your tongue as it is cut, it will heal fast. That is it... Terrible skills as a dentist - stay away from this one! I will never go back.... never!
