We've been with Kaiser for many years and the quality of care gets better and better. Dr. Thai was our son's anesthesiologist for surgery; she specializes in children and it shows. She was knowledgable, courteous, and patient. She listened to our concerns and adjusted her practice to accommadate the special needs of our son. We were really impressed by her medical knowledge and her compassionate care. Being a doctor for children, she was so very approachable. My son was very scared about his surgery, but Dr. Thai may the experience drama free for him.
