The front staff are not very helpful or friendly. If you question anything they become uncooperative and tell you that you need to follow office procedure or go someplace else. The doctor asks questions, listens to what you say and discusses the treatment options with you. He is proactive and informative. Very nice and patient.

Very patient and listens, very knowledgeable and offers options if needed to correct problem. Always takes the time to "hear you".
