Dr. Smith was my children’s MD for years. I wish I knew where did she relocate to. The clinic won’t give me any information. The castle hill clinic has gotten bad with everything. Answering the phones is a nightmare. Making appointments nitghmare. They change receptionist and doctors like crazy. No consistency.

It was dreadful going to the Castle Hill Family practice to see Dr. Smith. I had to wait over an hour to see the doctor and even longer in the examination room. I find her unhelpful and unknoweldgable. I never felt like she had my best interest at heart. She never wears a lab coat; when I first met her she wore a tank top and jeans.
