I saw Dr. Tchepichev for about a year. Overall, I was not terribly impressed with his treatment plans (exceptionally conservative) nor his bedside manner (tended to be terse and clinical). He seems as though he would be an good researcher, but is not terribly effective in handling the day to day nuances of dealing with patients. If you are in a pinch for a psychiatrist and have a very simple treatment plan, then I think he would be suitable. Otherwise I would not recommend him.
