I have seen Dr. Nicacio for nearly 10 years. The first 4-5 years I thought he walked on water. He was patient, and spot on. Great communication. After second injury I began treating with him. Staffing poor. Difficult to leave messages or return calls. Doctors attitude changed. Often very late, somewhat frantic, distracted, communication declined, visits were short. One staff member abuses his power, thinks he’s GOD. Put things in my record that were lies. Twisted my words. I filed a complaint against staff member. Spoke with Dr. Nicacio about this person. He only acknowledged he would speak to him. No apology. This person should not be allowed to work in the medical field. As for Dr. Nicacio, I hope you get yourself and clinic together. I have not been back.

Knowledgeable doctor, accurate diagnoses, terrible bedside manner. Lacks patience, easily annoyed, and very condescending.

Dr. Nacacio seems to be very rushed and it doesn't take much to annoy him. He can be very rude at times. I expected so much more from him. Very disappointed he is the main doctor. Not sure about his knowledge level because he doesn't seem to have much to say.

Dr. Nicacio actually listens to patients (at least with me),responds appropriately and helps to work out and monitor a plan of action. He does not rush to medicate, rather emphasizes behavioral changes that will improve pain-related issues. I respect his judgment, we discuss approaches intelligently, and he never patronizes...sometimes a difficult combination to find in physicians. I'm happy to be his patient.

Very rushed and seemed somewhat condescending if I balked at a treatment option. Affiliated with the medical center which charges a large fee for facility charge.
