Make sure you arrive 30 minutes early. Dr Kolon runs a tight ship. I was 15 minutes late (unexpected road closure) and he refused to see me. Receptionist implied he was already gone for the day making me wonder how much time he would have spent with me. They couldn't be bothered to call to let me know he was leaving. I have 3 kids and a deployed husband. It took me almost an hour to get there and the receptionist to me to call back to reschedule. No thanks.
