I have been treated by Dr. Joseph for many years. He's a great listener and has a gentle, friendly demeanor. He's very easy to talk with and not judgmental. You can tell he genuinely care about your well-being and has no problem calling you out or being totally supportive after weighing the facts. I've never felt like I was talking with a Psychologist, but more just a friend who wants to help and cares.
I have recommended him to others who have and continue to benefit from his experience and education.

Dr. Joseph treated me for over a decade, with no answers to my questions mental health needs when asked. Upon becoming more proactive in my treatment, and its direction, Dr. Joseph ignored my phone calls and emails while providing no referral. This is not acceptable behavior of a 'professional', disappointing my healthcare providers and derailing any progress we made. Waste of money and time.

Very unprofessional. Uninterested and distracted during sessions. Find someone else if you need this kind of help.

Excellent psychologist who is easy to speak with and who puts clients at ease quickly. He is also extremely insightful in a succinct, supportive fashion while commenting on patients' discussions. His sense of wit and humor do wonders for people suffering from depression, trauma or chronic pain who are trying to accomplish goals within their lives under limited and difficult circumstances by helping them set realistic small goals that are more reachable and which will give clients a better sense of well being and self determination. First-rate psychologist who I would recommend without reservation.

Not insightful or helpful. Does not appear to be educated in a variety of issues. Seems ambivalent. Does not let you fully answer questions. Rushes you and changes appointment times frequently. Do not choose if you are looking for help, true assistance. Lacks compassion or empathy

Not insightful, makes judgement without facts, not well read or up to par with addiction issues. If you are looking for help, look elsewhere. Condescending and misleading in addition. Also frequently changes appointments as were originally scheduled.
