It's been 5 weeks since my rhinoplasty and I am already so pleased with the results and my overall experience! Dr. Nima and his team have been super thoughtful and wonderful through such an important procedure. The surgery itself went great, and my recovery was very easy. I had very little bruising or swelling of the face after the procedure. My breathing is already better and the swelling is going down every day. I cannot wait to see the final result! I highly recommend Dr. Nima for rhinoplasty, he really is the best!

I went to Dr. Nima at the recommendation of a friend, to have a consultation for a revision chin surgery and implant. I had reconstructive jaw surgery when I was a teenager that left me with a crooked chin bone and damaged nerves/ loss of sensation in my chin. It bothered me my whole life, but I never felt comfortable doing anything to fix it until I had an appointment with Dr. Nima. From my first appointment, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and efficiency of the office and the entire staff. Dr. Nima was very thorough in answering questions and talking me through the procedure ahead of time. I was relieved to know I was in good hands, and while these types of procedures can be somewhat nerve-wracking, I felt very assured with his experience and skill, which made the whole process much easier. I appreciated that communication was open from start to finish, and I never had to wait long if I had any questions or concerns. The procedure itself was done very methodically (I was awake under local anesthesia), and I never felt like anything was rushed or overlooked. I also appreciated them checking on me right after the procedure to make sure I was feeling okay. They run a very organized system, and it made me feel at ease and also valued as a patient. I only wish I had done this years ago, but also I am glad I waited for the right doctor to come along. If I need anything else done in the future, I will not go to anyone else. And last but not least, I am very happy with the result after healing. Thank you Traci, Rajneet, and Dr. Nima for being so excellent and doing a great job!

I underwent a septa-rhinoplasty (primary) with Dr. Nima in August 2020. It is over two years later and I am so incredibly pleased with my results. I researched for over a year to choose the surgeons with whom I would consult. After 3 consultations with 3 doctors (including Dr. Nima), in the Bay Area and Los Angeles, I knew I had to go with Dr. Nima. His bedside manner, professionalism, and kindness shone through in all my interactions with him and his team. The day of my surgery could not have been better - Dr. Nima and Monica made me feel totally safe and comfortable, and as I went under on the operating table, I had no fear. This is because I knew from my research and my interactions with Dr. Nima that I had done the best I could, and that Dr. Nima is the best in Beverly Hills, and arguably in the States. The experience is an overwhelming one so I was glad to have a very supportive staff and Dr.Nima Shemirani. Everyone was very helpful and accessible when needed. As someone who did not know anyone who had rhinoplasty before I had a lot of questions that were always answered quick with followups. Dr. Nima also took a lot of time perfecting my nose before the surgery to make sure I was 100 percent comfortable going into the surgery and listened to what I wanted while also maintaining his professional opinion. I could not be happier with the way my nose turned out!

Dr. Nima made the surgery process so painless. From start to end, the staff and nurses walked me through expectations and best practices for healing after the procedure. Dr Nima is seriously 1000/10 best rhinoplasty surgeon ever!!! I am not exaggerating when I say this he is so amazing! I previously had 2 unsuccessful surgeries before finding dr Nima and I was so scared to try again for the 3rd time so I really did my research to find the best doctor for a revision surgery. Revisions are some of the hardest surgery's and that is his specialty. When I first had my consultation with him I immediately felt like we were on the same page and my favorite thing about him is he really takes his time to understand exactly what you want and will customize your nose to look best while still keeping it 100 percent functional. When I Showed him what I wanted I did not think it was possible but he gave me exactly what I wanted with obviously having realistic expectations. The actual surgery was super easy and painless and I have never trusted someone so much and felt like I was in the best possible hands. His staff is also amazing!!! Healing process was super easy! I also loved how much him and his staff followed up with me for over a year after my surgery and also offered micro needling to help heal the scar! He is truly a nose magician and he is always wanting to learn more and get better ( do not know how he can get better than he already is hahahha) he really cares so much about every individual patient! I would highly recommend choosing Dr. Nima for your surgery I would choose him 1000 more times and I am so happy I got so lucky with him.

Dr. Shemirani really takes his time with me during appointments and the staff are quick to answer any questions I have. I felt like I was guided through the process very well. I love my results and I am so thankful that I found Dr. Shemirani to perform such a life changing surgery.
