Dr Simons has been there for me so many times in the past 6 years. She is always understanding, caring and truly listens to my needs. Over time she has grown to know me so well and is able to make realistic suggestions. She has helped me work through difficulties with my adult children and the painful grief in losing my parents. It feels so good to have a shoulder to cry on without judgment. She's so easy to talk to and always carries a beautiful smile from beginning until end of our session. Thank you Dr Simons. I was referred to Dr. Simons through my work and could not be more relieved and grateful to have met her. Being very apprehensive and shy about therapy, it was time to seek out professional help as I was feeling debilitated from PTSD and related issues. Dr. Simons made me feel comfortable about getting professional help, gave me excellent tools and exercises, and I quickly noticed real changes in my life. Dr. Simons is wonderful. A few years back I worked with her on a personal issue. Once resolved, I stopped needing sessions. Recently, I had another issue pop up that I wanted to work with her on. Upon calling her, she immediately set me up for an appointment without hassle. It is nice to know that I can call her when I need her.

Nancy rally helped me with my Codependent and self worth issues that I was having. She listens and addresses what you are talking about and gets to the root of the problem pretty quickly.

There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for Dr. Simons. She has helped through everything from my deep struggles with Rheumatoid Arthritis, to relationships, to helping turn into the best version of myself. Events that have burdened me for years have been worked through and I can honestly say I’ve never been happier. She is the reason I’m the healthiest version of myself I’ve ever been.
