i have been going to Dr. Gowda for many years. I love her. She always spends as much time with me as I need. She is very thorough, Her staff is very friendly and courteous.

Worst Dr. I ever had. She never read my chart when I went to see what was going on. She assumed I was further then I was because she didn't look at the sonogram SHE sent me to get. Does not return calls. Had her paged twice and never called me back.. I had to call her office to get her on the 4th day of trying her. When I talked to her finally she said what are you calling about even though I had been there 2 weeks prior and had issues. She talked to me about them and told me to call back if they got worse. I called today to get my records transferred and the secretary told me that there was a charge. Would never go back and would never recommend her to anyone. My opinion is that she needs to retire and shouldn't have a license to practice.

Staff: Not helpful, rude and willing to tell the patient that they are too busy to get surgery scheduled in a timely manner. Punctuality: Waited 2 hours. Not too bad but didn't need to know that the reason she was late was due to her talking to other patients about there gas bill. Helpfulness: Rather distant didn't seem to care about my discomfort, seemed to just want to get me out of there so she could go home. Knowledge: Doctor knew nothing of the reason I was there even though I had filled out all the paperwork, and continued to display lack of knowledge by prescribing a treatment without knowing the full issue and then suggested surgery when informed once again of the whole issue. Overall: Not going back to this doctor.

She's very nice but I don't think she knows what's going on sometimes. She not very good with having to return phone calls to let you know anything.
