Dr. Best is an excellent doctor. He is professional, yet friendly and caring. Dr. Best is highly knowledgeable and exceptional at diagnosing medical problems. He has demonstrated this uncanny ability several times over the last two decades. You would be hard-pressed to find a better doctor.

I'm very sick haven't been to dr best office in over a year called to make an appointment and was told I was dismissed as a patient...lol... that's horrible... i have a 3 month old and need to get antibiotics to clear up this cold and now I have to search for a new doctor... clearly they don't care about their patients...

HORRIBLE OFFICE!!! The trouble is dealing with their policies and the Staff! They corral people in to group appointments based on their insurance type. They treat Medicaid patients like garbage and prefer not to deal with them because they can not pay additional fees out of pocket. The office nurses seem to be involved in some love triangle and Dr. Best is the most ironic sarcastic name for a doctor who is clearly not the" best". Maybe you will have a different experience, but trust me, you want a doctors office that you know will treat you right all the time and even allow you some slack when needed. We had to pick up our daughter from school and were a few minutes late even when we called ahead of time, they dropped us. Disgusting.

Having chronic neck issues, said that I should sit a certain way and did not even send me for an xray or any other scans. A week later it turns out I had cancer in which he missed a tumor in my neck during his physical exam. Never going here again.

ignored repeated complaints about painful symptoms. I finally went to another doctor I am now being treated for these issues correctly and feel so much better and my quality of life has improved greatly. I wish I had done this 3 years earlier.

He was extremely RUDE and asked me if I was an educated person. Then, he asked if I knew how to read English. He was angry that I hadn't been in his office the prior year, and belligerently asked me who was writing prescriptions to treat my asthma conditions. Then he said "Someone's been bad" as if to soften his question. His behavior was appalling. His office was surprisingly empty too... I hope many others, like me, take their business somewhere else.
