I had the worst experience of my life with dr UYEN NGUYEN at the Costco Burnaby location this very evening (Oct 24 2019) . Long story short my son had an appointment and we showed up 10 min earlier but she took another patient in asking us to sit in the waiting area. After 25 min she walked into the waiting room and talked to the front desk then turned to me saying " You HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT because your appointment was booked manually instead of online" this is when my jaw dropped. I was shocked. Are you kidding me??!!!
I said excuse me!!!! I did not do the booking but your staff did. Whatever the hell this is it did not happened on my end you can not reject us and treat us like that. Then she asked us to wait here so she could see the other patient whose appointment was booked 40 min after us. so we did but guess what she kept on avoiding us and ignoring us. She kept on pushing us further and further so we sat there for 2 fucking hours frustrated and pissed. My 10 year old son told me that he never saw me that frustrated before and he was absolutely right I am usually patient and in unusual situations like this I try to see and understand everything from different angles. This doctor has no sense of compassion she didn't even realize our frustration and she did not even say sorry . She is not a professional. I AM DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK THERE.
