I just lost the fourth crown he made in his office. What a waste of time and money.

As another reviewer stated, the quality of the crown made are truley lacking. My son had three made there, for the SAME tooth, and two broke. The third was the charm< i guess as it were. They hygenist while very friendly, did not do thorough cleanings, which was evident when we switched dentists and both of us had to go through deeper cleanings.

The are super friendly on the surface, almost sickly sweet. The Dr.'s true form comes through, however, quite often. He lacks any patience for his assistants and quite often loses it with them, in front of the patient, while patient is trapped in chair. It is very uncomfortable and unnerving to watch this "super friendly, kind doctor" become Dr. Jekyll towards his assitant while in the chair, then turn back and "coo kindly" at patient. It is down right creepy. This happened numerous times over my two year tenture under Dr. Gagliardi's care and I had to find a new mentally healthy provider.

He is not paying attention to his work..The quality of the crowns he makes in his office compare to the ones made in the lab are poor quality ,they break . Some of the staff are unproffional. I preffer my dental health provider to pay attention to the health of my teeth than being super friendly.

Nice guy and seemed to do good work. I ended up switching dentists though for two reasons: 1 - I felt like I was being pressured a little too much to do additional work that I did not consider necessary and 2 - the doctor and staff were a little, I guess fawning is the word. I prefer my docs a little gruffer, but that's just me.
