I LOVED Dr Tobler when he was in Provo. But after he moved to his big office in Lehi, the focus stopped being on service and shifted to making money. When I went into the office for a root canal I was pulled into an office where a lady was trying to up-sell me on extra services. That had never happened before, so I assumed I needed everything and I bought the whole package. My visit ended up being so expensive I had to borrow money to get the work done. The experience was so negative, I haven't been back for several years. But today, hoping things might be different, I called for some pricing on a needed procedure. Rather than just answering my question, the lady on the phone proceeded to offer all kinds of services I didn't ask for, and said someone else would have to call me to answer the question I DID ask. This makes me sad. I used to send my kids and friends to Dr Tobler when he was in Provo. Loved him. Wish I could get THAT guy back.

I needed a lot of work done. The staff was great! They kept me comfortable and took care of everything.

This office is not a dental office. It is a money making machine. Spent a bunch of money and teeth look and feel horrible. I had to have most of it redone with a competent dentist.

has no compassion. his skills are very rough. just not a very nice man. and the staff... what a joke. dont waste your time or money on this clown and his circus.

rude, kept pushing services and said I needed surgery to remove a part of my gums because it was affecting my bite. He said it would never grow back after surgery. It grew back.
