Went for advance bionics neuro stimulator implant which worked excellent during trial. Dr. Lazar agreed to use unit. Five minutes before surgery he switched unit, without giving me a choice, to Medtronic neuro stimulator. Device dosn't relieve pain at all. Follow up visit after surgery I told him it wasn't working, also told him I didn't appreciate changing stimulator 5 mins before surgery. Dr Lazar, said he couldn't or wouldn't help him anymore and walked out of the room. In other words deal with it. The most inconsiderate, unprofessional I've ever dealt with it. We are now in the process of complaining to the board of medical examiners.
