I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Ferrell and his staff. Each of my daughter's visits are anywhere from an hour to an hour-and-a-half and he, the massage therapist and physical therapist take their time with my daughter, explain what they are doing and makes sure we both understand what she needs to do when she is at home. He is helping my daughter with a soccer injury that two other doctors weren't able to help much with over the past year. After 5 visits my daughter has improved greatly. I would recommend Dr. Ferrell to anyone. His staff is great too!

Went to see Dr. Ferrell for my muscle pain, upon my first month of being his patient he figured out it was my statin drug causing my muscle pain. He did all this with a simple genetic test, where all they did was swab my cheek. What I want to know is why my own MD didn't do this procedure....

I know that there has been comments made about insurance and staff. I have been going to see Dr. Ferrell for many years and yes staffing was an issue and as all work places you go through that. The staff now seems extremely knowledgeable and there billing is done by a company I call them directly not dr. Ferrells staff. They have a medical doctor if I need it and that allows me to have a lower co pay. Great rehab equipment and that's just the office not to mention the amazing care I have received from Dr. Ferrell himself. Where to begin, he has educated me on my body and what I need to do to help me, he's patient, listens, just overall a wonderful doctor. I feel like I'm listen to and understood. Never left unhappy. Blessed to have a doctor how actually cares. I could care less about the rest it will all fall in place. #bestdoctorever

Best Chiropractor, no best Doctor I have been to. Listens, finds great solutions that work, and dose follow up test to be sure my pain did not come back. I send everyone to Dr. Ferrell. I have read some bad billing review, but he now has an MD as A partner and everything was covered by my medical insurance, which is far better than my Chiropractic coverage.

This office is extremely unorganized and the staff lacks important knowledge of insurance and how it works, thus overcharging me at the time of my visit and refusing to refund me when asked.

I searched to find a chiropractor who took Medicare as full payment for services. We are allowed 24 adjustments through medicare. I had a very serious ankle injury and am in severe chronic pain in my back, hips and shoulders due to the amount of time I spent on crutches, boots and casts. I will admit the doctor was knowledgeable and helpful the 2 times I saw him. I was supposed to pay $75 for the first visit for Xrays..no Xrays, but still had to pay $75. After a short 2nd visit, I was told his wife would give me the plan for treatment. I was shocked, to say the least, that I was presented with a contract for $1800.00 and was offered a discount if I paid cash up front. I'm not really sure what the office doesn't understand about Medicare and how a patient on disability struggles financially. Needless to say not a word from them after I left that day....truly concern for the patient is not important to them at all. Meanwhile I am still in terrible pain! It's just all about sales!!

Dr. Ferrell was very professional and helpful. I obtained the most help from his nutritional consultations as my neck problems never really got any better after being treated for over a year. I had to give his staff such a low rating because we had really bad billing problems. Our medical billing (Flexible spending account) card was billed a few times for no reason and with no explanation and our insurance company was double-billed for services. We had a ridiculously hard time getting these problems straightened out because Dr. Ferrell's office refused to return our phone calls or emails and handle the situation. The rest of his staff was always very courteous and helpful, it was just the person who handles his billing. I referred several friends to Dr. Ferrell and a few of them had similar billing problems. I would not recommend this chiropractor due to these problems.
