Dr. Freida Grimes Moore was a big blessing to me. She was a member of my church and decided to gift me with my dentures with a dental plan and minimal amount of payment. I loved my new dentures they have been a good fit and looked great. I had no problems at all with her personality. She was very helpful and gracious and a true humaniterian in our church. She gave to many. The person these other reviews are depicting wasn't the woman I knew and I knew her personally.

This dentist was wonderful when she first started. As she has gotten older, her values and personal issues have clouded her performance and overall being. She is rude, crude, greedy, and dishonest person. She treats people like rubbish unless they bow down and worship her. She needs to retire and give dentistry back its reputation. When people and services decline one should take a look at the overall situation and get out while there is some reputation in tact. It makes everyone suffer when a person think they have so much business savvy and they do not. Perspective employees beware. You will be promised the world and worked and treated like a servant/dog. Run in the other direction, Patients be cautious.

Just a little FYI Dr, Moore, there is a such thing as a child teeth being affected by things other than "not drinking a glass of water with fluoride!!" If you don't know any information on a possible new patient, then professionally answer the questions without making assumptions. My kids were premies and the youngest has had several bouts with infections that have affected her teeth. It is NOT always the parents fault that their children have cavities as you so eloquently told me today. I take very good care of my kids and it doesn't make me a bad parent (how you made me feel during our conversation) that I don't want to take them out of school for more than 1 dentist visit in the case that something is found during their routine cleaning. Your approach is not very professional and you actually came off very rude. I have already told several people NOT to patronize your establishment for themselves and especially their children.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! I will never step foot back I to this office again. I was getting a root canal done by her I was asking normal questions like "how long will this procedure take", "what should I expect afterwards and for the next few days", she told me I didn't need a crown on my front tooth after I had the root canal so I asked "will this turn brown from now being a completely dead tooth" she told me "I ain't got time for all these silly questions"! Like what in the world?! I'm a concerned patient!! I want to know what is going on with my mouth! She also told me that have g your teeth worked on is like having work done to your car, she told me "if my car ain't running then I take it to the shop, they fix it and I don't ask any questions, just pay them" first of all I ask my mechanic why this happened, how much is it to fix, and is it a necessary fix. Same thing I would ask my dentist. This lady is a joke! She told me "your acting like a child with all these questions, you need to quit". I don't even want to know how she treats children! I'm 21 and she was this rude and unprofessional with me, so what about children she works on?! She told me that I needed to bring my 2 year old in to see her, I just laughed at her. No way that I would take my little girl to see this woman. The only nice part about her office is that the waiting room is kid friendly with toys, bright colors and pictures, and a tv, but that is the ONLY thing! I would not recommend this "dentist" to anyone!

This dentist is so unprofessional. She wouldn't let me in the room with my 3 year old while she got her teeth cleaned. After I finally got to the back, she was fussing at her staff as she worked over patients. The look of the office was pediatric friendly but this was our LAST visit. Also they couldn't find my daughters records so we had redo all paperwork over.

This doctor is the most unprofessional, dishonest and despicable person with a professional license. She needs to have her dental license taken away and definitely needs to be out of business. Please do yourself a favor and do not go there. There are so many other places to go that provide quality care and service and that will appreciate the money you pay. Awful service, awful person. Period.

My experience at this dentist office was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Dr. Moore was extremely rude to me and to her staff. Before my procedure, Dr. Moore stated the procedure would take 1.5 hours. However, the procedure actually took 7 hours!!!! I spent half of that time waiting around and listening to her basically tell me that the other patients were more important than me. During the middle of the procedure, Dr. Moore actually looked me in my eyes and said "This is taking so long because we don't learn this stuff in school". Not only that, but every time her assistants turned their backs she would tell me that they don't know what they are doing. During the entire 7 hour procedure I may have complained of pain two or three times. I didn't complain any further because she basically yelled at me that I just have to hold on and tough it out. And at the end Dr. Moore left me with a smile that no self-respecting dentist would have had the audacity to let me leave.

**WARNING** This is the worst possible choice of a dental practice in the region. She is rude, disrespectful and slow. No one should have to wait 2 hours to be seen. Her staff is inconsistent, there are always new employees. She talks very badly to them and in the presence of patients no less. It is very uncomfortable to witness. Movies and a nice aquarium can not compensate for all that is wrong in this place! I've never witnessed anything like it before. DO NOT GO THERE.
