She misdiagnosed me as bipolar and meds really screwed me up for a long time. She wouldn't listen to my concerns. All therapists and doctors since have said it was an obvious misdiagnosis.

Very intelligent and knowledgeable woman. My frustration was Dr. Cottrell assumed things and gave diagnosis of the situation without asking questions. I had to strongly assert myself to be heard. When she had more information, her insight was very valuable. The last 10-15 minutes of session were the most helpful
