This doctor is a paid quack by the workman's compensation company to insert his "opinion" that a worker should not be paid when injured on the job. Look up the details of his testimony for a work comp case in Minneapolis with an employee of the water treatment plant and her hip replacements. This guy is a joke and his whole job is to make sure you don't get any work comp even if you were truly injured on the job.
