I have been a patient since 2007, I consider Dr. Farrell a friend. The strongest pain medicine she has given me is tramadol. We have been through a lot together with all my health issues! She is compassionate and caring.

Tried to kill me! Absolutely the worst "Doctor"!!!!!!! Extremely moody! Loves to talk about how smart she is! Doesn't listen or care about your symptoms. Her staff even can be seen rolling their eyes at her. They don't last long and who could blame them? Even the billing company that she uses, says she is their most difficult client! There is NOTHING good to say about her! My advice would be AVOID DR. ESTELLE FARRELL!!!!!! She should NOT BE A DOCTOR!!!!

I don't even know where to start with this. It all mostly comes down to a few of the staff. At first they seemed nice, then I started having problems with my bill not matching my payment records (I compared to my credit card history). I tried talking to them about it for months. They use third party billing and the bill that is sent is different than what they give me at the office. Things that were listed as not paid on the bill they had paid at the office. The amounts were different of what I owed at the office vs the bill I was sent by third party. For about three months no matter how much I paid I got the exact same bill. I paid three hundred, same bill, two hundred, same bill, one hundred, same bill. I stopped paying to the third party billing and that is when it stopped. Staff was kind enough to tell me I was an idiot and that since I came in every month my bill was added to. Duh. That's not the issue. Then I got to sit in the patient room nearly in tears and their guy nurse came in and pretended to be concerned, only to walk out and I had the joy of listening to him and the two shrews at the front talk bad about me. Yep. So fun to hear them talk about what a moron I am- and super fun to be accused of not wanting to pay my bill. I sucked it up bc I was so swamped I did not have time to find a new Dr. The issues kept coming. Once they switched locations and when I showed up for my third visit at the new location the front desk told me I was one of several patients to show up and that they had moved back to their old location. WHAT?! Was it really so hard to TELL us?! Of course by this time the two secretaries from he11 were treating me with barely withheld contempt so I wasn't surprised when I showed up and no one bothered to apologize despite getting a phone call from the staff at the old location that I was on my way (it wasted about 45 min of my day on just that issue). I mean, they never bothered to great me when I walked in so an apology would be wishing on a star.

As far as Dr Farrell I liked her well enough. I didn't appreciate when she brought her dog to work even though it was a cute little thing- its super unsanitary when you are getting poked with needles. On top of that apparently no one can press "save" on the computer. The nurse takes you in and asks the same questions month after month no matter what you say. "Are you still taking -- -" "Uh no, I didn't feel like it was helping I stopped taking that three months ago. I told the nurse and the Dr each time I came in for the last three months" "Oh! OK I will just add that in here!" Later when I picked up my Rx there it was- as if I hadn't mentioned it eight times over the past four months- the throwaway Rx. Of course I wouldn't bother to tell the secretaries it was easier to just toss the unwanted Rx and answer the same questions every month twice an appointment than to deal with their attitude.

My issue with the Dr herself was that I have chronic pain and she wanted me to get off meds, and if I said I was still in pain, or more pain she gave me this narrow eyed look like I was drug seeking and went really quiet. I get that they have to be careful but I only stopped seeing my other Dr because he was a spine surgeon and no longer wanted to do pain management and he was giving me triple the meds she was, and I was ok with going down in meds to see how I would do. When I was still in pain I found it rediculous that I couldn't at least have half what I had been getting from my old dr. My last straw with the Dr was that she wanted me to stop meds altogether and just do natural stuff. I have tried every natural remedy there is. Nothing has ever worked. I'm not against them but if it doesn't work it doesn't work and in the meantime I need to be able to function to live my life. Anyway- I do want to say that aside from the guy the other nurses were sweet and so was the rest of the front desk- aside from the two of course. Unfortunately the two were the main secretaries though.

Dr. Farrell and her new staff are great!! This was a much needed change for this office. Old staff was horrible for years. Great choice/move Estelle. They are all very professional and know what they are all doing at this office. Dr. Farrell is amazing she has the experience needed to get you back functioning and not a pill mill. She takes the time needed to treat you and comes up with a plan that works best. Thanks AzPMR I'm back to work with out pain.

Worst pain doctor I have EVER seen! Stay away from the rude, incompetent egomaniac. You will be drastically under-served and very unhappy for this waste of time. "Dr." Farrell is truly a poor human being.

Worst doc I have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!! The comments about her moods and not knowing who would come thru the door, are absolutely correct!!! She brags about how smart she is, but WILL NOT listen to you at all!She thinks she knows everything and could care less what you think or say! I should have sued her for all the medications she had me on, over 25 pills per day! This doctor honestly almost killed me and I ended up in the hospital. She will NEVER admit she is wrong and I really think she doesn't have an ounce of compassion in her body! I would tell patients that are considering seeing Dr. Farrell, to RUN as far away from her as possible! I'm truly lucky to still be alive after being her patient.

I read these reviews before my first appointment with Doctor Farrell and I disagree with the negative comments. These days doctors have to be very careful when prescribing medications, especially controlled substances. They could lose their license if they "loosely" prescribe It's important to have a well documented need. She did reduce my medication by a small amount, she wasn't mean about it at all. But, she likes to try alternative treatments such as accupuncture (sp). I like her so far, so don't judge her by these negative comments. Give her a chance.

$100 LEIN FEE JUST TO HAVE ME GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR. I HAVE GONE TO THAT LOCATION SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE THEY ARE HIGHLY UNORGANIZED, SO I HAD TO GO AND PICK UP THINGS THEY FORGOT TO GIVE ME. WHICH COSTS ME MONEY IN GAS AND TIME. THEY NEVER EXPLAINED TO ME ABOUT MY CONDITION AND EVERYTIME SHE ASKED ME A QUESTION SHE WOULD INTERRUPT ME AS IF I WASNT EVEN TALKING! THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR RETURN PHONE CALLS. THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. NOW I HAVE TO GOTO ANOTHER DOCTOR AND SPEND MORE MONEY BECUASE HER LACK OF PATIENT CARE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR OR THE OFFICE TO ANYONE!!!!
