Waste of time and money. Wrong prescription and would not refund.

I provided the receptionist with my insurance card and explained to her that Dr. Wesley was on the provider list online. She checked the benefits and said tha. I didn't have vision and acted indignant that I wanted to call Bcbs customer service. She stated that she had the print out for my review. I asked her the charge for contacts exam and she stated $88. I called BcBs while I was waiting.The nurse came out and asked if i need a little more time. This rude receptionist says. It's Hmo and we won't cover it no matter what you find out so you can go back for your exam or reschedule because we have appointments every 15 minutes..mind you I am the only one in the waiting room. I told her she was rude and I left. I am now at another place that is not on my insurance and I will gladly pay the cost of the service because they are not rude and they called to verify benefits and explained it to me. In fact it will cost a little more than Dr. Wesley. I'll pay more for good service
