Husband & I are dual military with 2 insurances. Humana1 & Tricare. Our daughter had a sharp pain in her tooth and I called this office to make an appt. The OFFICE MANAGER was only concerned with how we were going to pay. I told her that my child had a root canal before on the tooth. The O.M. wouldn't even TRY to schedule an office visit to see what the problem could be, her only statement was "Your insurance won't cover it if she's already had a root canal on that tooth." Nevermind the fact that we are both highly ranked officers and money would not have been a problem for us.I called Rivertown who got us in the next day and was told our daughter had an infection in a tooth. Humana covers 30%, Tricare 60%. We came out of pocket $100 and she is good as new. I called this office back requesting to speak to the Dentist, I was assured he would return my call. Still waiting. Spreading the word, call RiverTown. Friendly, quick and concerned with patient care.
