We made an appointment for my Spanish speaking relatives and were told that an interpreter would be available. After waiting for 3 hours at this god-awful office, they told them to leave because the interpreter was still not available. The doctor was also rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I am so surprised to read the (thankfully) few negative reviews that have been written about Dr. Nizam and his staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Nizam's for 17 years. I have always found him to be caring, patient, and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I have never once in all of these years felt rushed through an appointment. I have gone to Dr. Nizam when I know that a particular issue I am experiencing may not be in my GP's "wheelhouse", but I've been confident that Dr. Nizam and his expertise will be able to point me in the right direction. Unlike some other phsicians I have encountered over the years, I am not "merely" a number to Dr. Nizam or his staff. Dr. Nizam remembers details of the many reasons I have been to see him through the years. He always remembers to ask about my family and never forgets what I've shared with him about my family in the past. I respect and think the worldof Dr. Nizam. Regarding his office staff, I have also found them to be caring and responsive. When I have needed reports and medical records on an immediate basis, I have been helped and accommodated. When I have had to contact Dr. Nizam's office for whatever reason, I am always greeted warmly and respectfully. I drive 45 minutes to reach Dr. Nizam's office. I do this willingly because I have great admiration for Dr. Nizam, both on a professional and personal level, and because I feel so warmly welcomed by his staff.

Dr. Nizam is excellent. One staff member was fine, the other not good, snooty and attitude. Waiting for schedule for a test after reviews prior test. No call nothing. Stuck in middle and in pain. First visit and taken pretty close to on time. Exam thorough.

Dr. Nizam was very helpful to me and I look forward to being a patient for a long, long time. It was obvious he's quite knowledgeable - his kindness and care was above and beyond. The staff is not good at all!!!! It's almost hard to believe.

Dr. Nizam has a very pleasant demeanor. He has a lot of knowledge and offers suggestions for how to remedy the situation. Realized my Blood Pressure was high and patient had difficulty finding location. Offerered to have blood pressure recheck prior to leaving office.

The first time at this office was quite pleasant. I had an appt for my daughter to get an EEG and I arrive at the office and it was closed. No note and the service didn't know why they were closed. I'm disappointed and hope they call me back with a good reason. Unhappy new patient.

Dr. Nizam has a pleasant demeanor. In my opinion, the staff members' efficiency can certainly be improved.
