This doctor should lose his license. He gave an injection of an anti psychotic to family member for no valid reason. Do not see this doctor for any reason.

This doctor should have his license revoked. He gave my son an injection of an antipsychotic that he had previously taken and was immediately taken off of due to adverse reaction. He needs to loose his medical license.

Soto Acosta's PA Charles Maddix is an absolute shame to people in the medical field. A family member went in to see Maddix for anxiety and left with a handful of prescriptions that did nothing but lead to a suicide attempt. Following the attempt, we needed paperwork to be filled out in order to obtain medical leave with pay and Charles Maddix has STILL not completed the paperwork. This was a month ago. He did not care that his patient tried to commit suicide. He was unfazed and has been uninvolved in his recovery. Charles Maddix is an idiot, careless, rude, and should have his licensing revoked. To make matters worse, Dr. Soto-Acosta has done NOTHING to rectify the situation. He told us he would meet with us personally and did not. He should be ashamed to allow someone as careless as Charles Maddix to work for him.
DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Staff is rude. Dr simply reads a list of questions from a notepad, refills your meds and you are out of there in 15 minutes. That is after waiting as much as an hour after your scheduled appt to see him. Files are archived after 6 months and you get charged as a new patient over and over. I would absolutely not recommend him.

This doctor is extremely nice but makes little to no eye contact. He had a hard time remembering anything about me at each appointment or what medications I was on and/or tried before. He never answered my questions regarding diagnosis, prognosis or medications.

The first doctor of his specialty that I felt comfortable with from the very beginning. We're still working on several life long issues, but I have confidence he and his knowledge will help me.

I've been pleased with Dr Soto-Acosta. He has tried very hard to create a prescriptive plan that works well for me. It has been a challenge, but I feel that he is flexible, interested in my success and thus has been successful.

Very nice and knowledgeable. He makes you feel comfortable talking to him and does not rush you at all. He was reccommended to me by a friend and I now understand why.
