Medicines have been sent to the wrong place or not sent at all. I have called about prescriptions and never been called back. She acts like I am always wrong (I know my kid). At first I really liked her, but not so much anymore. My child was getting a shot one day and the nurse after giving the shot stabbed the syringe into the bed instead of putting it in the hazard box. The office is not clean. The nurses however are very nice and helpful.
