Dr Gillotti lacks good bedside manor. She can be very condescending. I have waited 40 minutes for an appointment that she rushed and on top of that was just plain rude.

I see Doctor Gillotti because my mother has been seeing her for years. I have only seen her twice for annual checkups, but each visit has been agreeable. The Physicians for Women facility is always very booked, and it takes quite a bit of time to schedule an appointment, and the doctors are almost always running late with other patients because of booking, but it is not necessarily the fault of the doctors. The secretaries at the front desk are impatient and rude and are rarely able to answer questions. I have no qualms with Dr. Gillotti herself; she is a very knowledgable and kind woman. I do, however, agree that the facility itself could use some work. Kinder and more effective secretaries, more doctors on staff, and less overbooking of patients would be beneficial to patients and doctors alike.

I've been to other doctors in this practice and they are kind and patient. But on occasion, if they are busy, I have had to see Dr. Gillotti. Each time was a terrible experience. Impatient, rude...doesn't explain things to you and looks at you like you are asking silly/too many questions for her liking. (Even if you only have 1-2 questions!) Always one foot out the door and as someone else said, she's rough with you physically too! Also, the staff is unlike any other I've dealt with at an obgyn. If you call at 9 am, it take 3-6 hours to hear from a nurse and THEN they ask the doctor and then you are lucky if you hear back before closing time. Terrible when you are pregnant and have concerns.

Appointment was for 9:30. Finally saw her at 10:35 for 5 minutes. Did a very rough smear and left.
