I tried to set up an appointment with Dr. Patel, following the recommendations of my physician. In response I received an extremely rude and unprofessional email stating that I do not need any follow-up based on his research of my case ( I had a major surgery a year ago). Though his wording was not directed at me; however, it was clear that he implied that I try to use KP services "without any medical benefits" (I believe you can count my visits to KP on one of your hands...)
