I trust Dr. Yousuf completely. She treats my long term (mostly self induced) illnesses and has helped me get them under control. She is never condescending and always has time for my questions. She treats me like a friend more than a patient. I respect her knowledge and I am impressed with her professional and personal ethics. I can't speak highly enough about her

Dr. Yousuf is a wonderful doctor! I see her in the Madison office. I've never had to wait more than 10 min. to be seen. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and never seems in a rush to get to the next patient. The only concern I have is not being able to ask a question about a medicine I'm taking. I have tried calling and speaking with a nurse in hopes that she could ask Dr. Yousuf what to do. Her staff tells me I have to make an appointment to ask her a question. I didn't need to talk to her, I just needed the nurse to talk to her. Evidently that is not possible. I will have to drive 26 miles and pay $30 before asking.
Otherwise, GREAT doctor!

I have always had a positive visit with Dr. Yousuf. The staff has always been friendly and courteous to me and has always worked with my very difficult schedule. Dr. Yousuf shows that she is a caring individual and not just in it for the money. She also listens well, and knows her stuff. There has recently been a change to the way she is doing things, and I'm ok with that. I will miss Miss Madeline, Pam, and the rest of the crew who are broadening their field, but very much welcome the change. These new faces are friendly also. Welcome

Dr. Yousuf is an excellent Dr. My husband and and I have been seeing her since she took over Dr. Do's practice many years ago, and she is the best Dr. we've ever had. We have had issues with her staff making errors and not getting back with us on results, etc., but never complained, just worked it out. Recently we had something happen twice in a row, and asked for Dr. Y to call us to discuss. She refused, we were told by her office manager that she said to tell us if we had problems with her staff, we could go elsewhere. We then got a letter from her saying that. Needless to say, we were very disappointed that she didn't even want to discuss our concerns.

Dr. Yousuf is sharp as a tack/top notch/greatest dr I have ever seen. Her staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and get better care.

Wonderful doctor! I see her in the Madison office. Her staff is friendly and I've never had to wait more than 10 min. to be seen. She is very knowledgeable and spends as much time as it takes. I am so used to Drs. rushing in and out and acting like they are in a hurry to get rid of you-not with Dr. Yousuf. I feel comfortable talking to her and she seems to actually care about her patients. I fully recommend her. She also caught a problem my previous Dr. failed to catch. I couldn't be happier with her :)

Dr Yousef is very thorough in running bloodwork and giving an extensive examination. She has identified issues that my previous physician as well as endocrinologist have overlooked. She is all about providing you the best care and strongly desires you to take care of yourself (exercise, healthy diet). She is up to date on the latest medications and makes you VERY aware of the side effects (something that other doctors always neglect). She bedside manner is very polite and has good people skills. There is typically a 30 to 60 minute wait before being seen. I recommend her to everyone I know. Like her practice in Athens, I know that eventually there will be a waiting list for new patients.

Dr. Yousuf replaced Dr. Do in the Madison Office on Hughes Road. I was worried but after meeting her, she was very thorough and compassionate. I will continue to see her. The staff knows me by name which is always helpful and they always fit me in.
