Dr. Osama's support staff is horrible. They have to be contacted multiple times to follow-up on instructions provided by Dr. Fauzia Osama. Also she is always going back to India and her office comes to a complete stop. Nobody can do any kind of followup until she returns. Not a good way to run a business much less a Doctor Office.
