Very short visit and immediately recommended surgery after barely looking at me. He was disappointed I didn't want to immediately schedule a surgery without thinking about it. Honestly his eagerness to perform surgery made me question the need for it and if I do decide to go forward with surgery it will be with a different doctor.

Do not get surgery from this Dr. He will push surgery for everything, I got my deviated septum "fixed" by him, then my symptoms were 10x worse, chronic sinus infection and he told me that it would go away...after a year of complaints. Then he suggested doing a rhinoplasty to fix his mistake. Even though he still claimed the sinus infectipns would subside. When I moved doctors and asked for all of his surgery notes/records and he had documented that "patient extremely happy with septum results. They said they are breathing much better". He was either trying to lie to his firm or to himself.

I would never visit this doctor again. I found him very arrogant and none caring about his patients. I have never found a doctor as rude. I had a very serious and permanent condition because of his negligence.

Dr Lough was dismissive of a lingering infection. He would not even check me physically. He just got out his script pad and wrote a prescription for what turned out to be a very dangerous antibiotic. He did this not once, but five times. Now I’m suffering the effects of an out of control infection. I’m also suffering the effects of the antibiotics (requiring a different surgery). I also don’t like how he tells everyone in the back what your ailment is.

Saw Dr Lough today for sudden loss of hearing in one ear. I was happily surprised when I was put into an exam room within 5 minutes of my appt time. As an old person, I see several doctors every6 months so being placed on time really floored me. Most doctors are at least 30 behind all day. Dr. Lough arrived almost immediately. Within 10minutes I was with an Audiologist for hearing test then back to the exam room. Dr. Lough arrived within minutes and the diagnosis wasn’t good. He was factual but empathetic. I liked that. He explained my situation and told me if there was anything he could do for me in the future to let him know immediately. Overall a very positive experience. Clinic staff was top notch, too.

Dr, Lough. Not a good bedside manner. I will not return nor will I recommend. It was disturbing that you told me that I was asking too many questions then ask me at the end of our 7 minute visit if I had any questions? Well yes, I did until you floored me by saying that you felt like you were "being grilled!" I am the patient paying you for your time and expertise, yet your attitude let me know that it was all about you. So sorry that I bothered to try to find out more about my condition by asking questions of you, the professional. Do you want patients that sit there like a dumb animal instead? And I'm not paying you to tell me about your aches and pains and what medication you are on! You do not care about the patient, that is abundantly clear.

First doctor I have seen that agrees I need my tonsils out! Everyone else has just given me antibiotics, but I've been doing 6-10 courses a year. Turns out I have tonsil stones, and have been scheduled for removal less than a month after my appt!!

I thought Dr. Lough was awesome! I had serious sinus infections for many months prior to my appointment! I was sick ALL the time!I I was scared of getting sinus surgery so I was avoiding the doctor! Dr. Lough is really nice and made my experience great! I had a huge polyp removed and now im breathing great and my surgery went well also! I thought he did a great job and im glad I just finally feel better! Well worth it!

Will never visit this doctor again. I was thinking I had a sinus infection (pain in my ear, teeth, sinus passages) was shrugged off and told all looked o.k., I had been going to my GP for everything but decided maybe to see a doctor that specializes in things likes this. Will be doing all my visits with my very caring and educated General Practitioner. WHAT A JOKE!
