Dr. Foner's employee Karen has not returned my wife's favourite glasses frame and ignoring all our phone calls. Dr. Foner is not replying to our voice messages

My wife is still waiting to receive her eye glass frame for two years that she gave to Dr. Foner 's staff (Karen) to insert new lens.

Dr. Marc Foner is a helpful and knowledgeable doctor. He takes his time with his patients to understand and answer their questions. I have being to him yearly for my eye check and I appreciate his service.
