The receptionist is wonderful Dr. Geiger is wonderful but Belinda the nurse is very rude ,confrontational, and has a bad attitude. She has deliberately held back very important paperwork of mine and has caused me so much grief I was considering another Dr. I see him frequently and I mean every time I had to get my prescriptions it was a major hassle with her. I take same meds for 20 years. She is hurting his practice.She is a power controller and is really a rude person. Unfortunately I still deal with her.

Dr Geiger's staff is quite rude. I've had encounters with them over appointment issues and medication refills that are being held with no notice. When an appointment was missed, I was told by the employee (Valinda? somthing like that) that it wasn't HER problem... Great patient care *read sarcasm here*

Staff infrequently answers phone and takes a long time, if ever, to respond. When they do respond, they are often rude and do not listen. I like Dr. Geiger very much but his staff leaves much to be desired.
