Impossible to get urgent appointments, will not give even negative test results over the phone (they want an appointment so they can bill you twice - once for the appointment that sets up the tests, and again to get told that the tests are normal), and generally refers everything except the most basic issues to specialists. This office is set up to be a profitable business first and foremost, and if they accidentally help a patient, they don't mind. But patient care is way down the list of their priorities.
