The whole process was a great experience. Dr. Shoemaker and his staff are very professional and caring. Amazing surgeon so nice to have my sight back. Went in on Tuesday had first consultation and laser YAG surgery on my right eye that day. On Monday I had cataract surgery on my left eye and Tuesday follow up appointment. Everything was done in one week. Amazing. I couldn’t be happier. Thank You

My In Focus physician referred me to Dr. Shoemaker as my age and vision was telling me it was time for Cataract Surgery.
Being a new transplant to Florida and not knowing anything about the medical system I was counting on the referral .
I am happy to announce that God was watching over me and Dr. Shoemaker and his team were AWESOME!

This was my first visit with Dr. Shoemaker who will soon be performing my cataract surgery. Everyone I saw in the practice was professional, efficient and informative. Dr. Shoemaker had all of those attributes as well, and was patient and understanding with my concerns. Many of my friends have been patients of his already and I highly recommend him to anyone who is seeking this procedure.
